The NYSE Bullish Percent, which represents that % of NYSE stocks in Point and Figure Buy Signals, is the highest that it has been since 2001, and perhaps earlier. One has to be ready for some sort of pullback at these levels. At the very least respect the power and strength of the up move and know that markets don’t only move in one direction. They eventually correct. It’s a matter of when and how.
