Stock Picks For Friday: Juniper Networks And Yingli Green Energy

Technical indicators are looking better for Yingli Green Energy (YGE). The stock has been on a rise recently as K line is on top of D line indicating a buy signal. MACD suggesting that YGE downtrend could be coming to an end. A breakout above the resistance line ( 20-day moving average ) on the daily chart would confirm this. It does not necessarily mean that the stock trend would change from down to Up but it could be the start of a base building period. Remain invested with a stop loss at $10.75.

Juniper Networks (JNPR) crossed its 5-day moving average and closed up $0.38 at $23.41. The momentum indicators are attempting to turn up from oversold levels. The technical daily chart above shows new rally has just begun as K line has just crossed on top over D line. In addition low ROC at oversold level should also attracts more buyers. However some weakness remains as stock is trading below the 50-day moving average. JNPR needs to close above $23.50 on a daily basis in order to mitigate the negative near term view.
