(RTTNews) - Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said that India was not yet out of economic slowdown, reports PTI. He pointed out that the risky higher fiscal deficit, would help growth, and the country would put in its best efforts to lower the fiscal deficit to 4% in the next two years.

He said the global economic slowdown was continuing this year, and stressed the need of the country to return to the growth track at the earliest. He ruled out any rollback of stimulus measures announced by the government earlier.
