U.K. Net Reserves Decline In June

(RTTNews) - U.K.’s government net reserves fell $297 million in June to bring the end-June total to $29.76 billion. It compares with $30.06 billion at end-May.

Gross reserves totaled $52.64 billion at end-June, down from GBP 54.38 billion at end-may.

Bank of England net holdings of foreign currency and gold fell by $5 million in June bringing the end-June total to a negative $1 million, compared with $4 million at end-May.
