Is 150 The Top For “Golden Slacks”

  • $47 to $150 - March to June - Not a bad run for a company that was really on the ropes back in the fall of last year. Goldman (GS) is too well connected to suffer the fate of Lehman and Bear Stearns. Hank Paulson, former Goldman employee would never let that happen.
  • One has to wonder whether or not it will now roll over and retrace 30%-40% of that move. If it can muster some momentum on the downside, it could be an interesting short.
