Time To Get Long US Dollar?

The Powershares DB US Dollar Index Bullish ETF (UUP) has retraced 50% on light volume. It might be time to start adding some USD investment to the portfolio. I’d like to see it test the 23.89 swing point and watch how it does at that level. I’d also like to see a sign of strength to show that perhaps it will reverse.
