Is It Time To Go Bullish On Potash?

By Justin DiPietro on February 19, 2009 | More Posts By Justin DiPietro | Author's Website

Taking a look at Potash Corp. (POT), we can see how it has developed a bullish trend. This is noted with the three consecutive higher lows.  Previously Potash was a bearish stock with its consecutive lower highs. POT also has what seems to be a very strong technical trend line. As long as we do not break this trend this stock is very bullish. Below we have a daily chart of Potash.

There recent forwad guidance and analysis is reasonable and there fundementals are strong. Although recent call and put action is conflicting with some call positions looking for 100 and subsecuent put action as low as 50. I think the various diverse stimulus packages from country to country will assure that world wide famine will not be an issue and the depressed ag prices will rebound sooner than other commodities except for gold.
