Nektar Therapeutics (NASDAQ:NKTR) – Great action today. Breaks above 200-day Ma. Momentum picking up with MACD climbing and ADX rising. Volume 2x above average.  If we see follow-through tomorrow it might run hard.

Novatel Wireless Inc (NASDAQ:NVTL) had a good move today. The stock broke out the small falling wedge pattern to the upside on increased volume and closed at the highs of the day. This is a trend reversal pattern suggesting a halt in the bearish trend. The stock could touch an upside target of $3.30 in the short term. The technical daily chart shows the stock is now back to uptrend and with %K line above %D line we may see more upside. Let’s see whether the stock can gather enough momentum to break through 3.01 (50-day MA). If the Bulls are able to push through this level, there will be another rally towards 3.30. NVTL will move quickly, so watch the stock closely on Thursday.

OmniVision Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:OVTI) broke the resistance today on expanding volume. This momentum could push this stock much higher from here. The stock might test $15.5 level in the short term if it is able to sustain above $14.
