Malaysian Rate Decision Due On Tuesday
(RTTNews) - The Malaysian central bank is scheduled to release its decision on interest rates on Tuesday, headlining a light day for Asian economic news. Analysts are widely expecting the bank to keep rates on hold at the current 2 percent.
The Bank of Japan will release its monthly report, while BoJ Deputy Governor Hirohide Yamaguchi will speak at a business meeting in Tokyo. Finally, Japan also will release October numbers for supermarket sales, which showed a 2.4 percent decline on year in September.
