Cyprus Sept. Trade Deficit Widens
(RTTNews) - Monday, the Statistical Service of the Republic of Cyprus announced that the trade deficit stood at EUR 409.37 million in September, widening from EUR 368.58 million in August. A year ago, the trade deficit was EUR 578.21 million.
Exports amounted to EUR 71.84 million in September, while imports totaled EUR 481.203 million.
For the January to September period, the trade deficit stood at EUR 3.48 billion, narrowing from EUR 4.73 billion a year ago.
