Ireland Live Register Decreases In October

(RTTNews) - Ireland’s live register total decreased to an unadjusted 412,407 in October from 419,854 in September, the Central Statistics Office said in a report on Friday. A year earlier, live register was 250,680.

The unadjusted live register increased by 161,727 in the January to October period.

On a seasonally adjusted basis, live register declined to 422,500 in October from 425,500 in September.

The standardized unemployment rate increased to 12.5% in October, compared to the 11.6% in the second quarter.
