Lithuania Producer Prices Decline At Slower Pace In October

(RTTNews) - Friday, the Statistics Lithuania announced that the producer price index or PPI dropped 16.6% year-on-year in October, compared to a 19.5% fall in the previous month, revised from 19.4% decline reported initially. A year ago, the PPI was up 16.1%.

Producer prices for manufacturing fell 17.9% annually in October, while mining and quarrying PPI slipped 0.7%.

On a monthly basis, the PPI dropped 0.7% in October, after falling a revised 1.7% in September. At the same time, manufacturing output prices were down 0.4%.
