Australian Official Reserves Rise In October

(RTTNews) - Australia’s official reserve assets rose to US$ 44.46 billion in October from US$ 43 billion in the previous month, the Reserve Bank of Australia said Friday.

Foreign exchange reserves increased to US$36.11 billion from US$34.85 billion, while the reserves with the IMF grew slightly to US$ 1.1 billion from US$ 1.09 billion in the previous month. Gold reserves stood at US$ 2.67 billion, up from US$ 2.55 billion, while SDRs increased to US$ 4.57 billion from US$ 4.49 billion.
