Swiss ZEW Economic Expectations Index Continues To Rise In October

(RTTNews) - The economic expectations index for Switzerland increased to 65 in October from 58 points in the previous month, results of a survey conducted by the Centre for European Economic Research and Credit Suisse revealed Thursday.

The indicator for the assessment of the current economic situation also rose markedly. It increased by 7 points to minus 55 in October.

At the same time, the indicator for inflation rate continued to rise and stood at 30.8, up from 26 in the previous month.
