Swiss ZEW Economic Expectations Index Jumps In September

(RTTNews) - Economic expectations index for Switzerland jumped to 58 points in September from 18.6 points in August, results of a survey conducted by the Centre for European Economic Research in cooperation with Credit Suisse revealed Wednesday.

The indicator for the assessment of the current economic situation also rose markedly. It increased by 17.1 points to reach minus 62 points.

Inflation expectations have increased again versus the previous month. The corresponding balance climbed by 16.9 points to 26 points.
