Japan CGPI On Tap For Friday

(RTTNews) - Japan is set to announce June numbers for its domestic consumer goods price index on Friday, setting the pace for a light day in Asian economic news. Prices are forecast to ease 0.1 percent on month after falling 0.4 percent in May. On an annual basis, prices are seen lower by 6.4 percent following the 5.4 percent contraction in the previous month.

The Philippines will release June figures for exports, with analysts expecting a decline of 32 percent on year following the 35.2 percent annual decline in the previous month.
