Eurozone May Producer Prices Continue To Decline

(RTTNews) - Thursday, the Eurostat said in a report that Eurozone industrial producer prices dropped 5.8% year-over-year in May, compared with a 4.6% fall in the previous month.. Economists had expected a decline of 5.6%.

On a monthly basis, producer prices declined 0.2% in May, after falling 0.9% in April, revised from 1% fall estimated initially. Economists were looking for an increase of 0.1%.
