Brazil April Jobless Rate Falls Unexpectedly

(RTTNews) - Thursday, Brazil’s statistical office IBGE said in a report that the jobless rate stood at 8.9% in April, down from 9% in March. Economists were looking for a rate of 9.3%. A year earlier, in April, the jobless rate was 8.5%.
