Estonia Producer Prices Flat In April
(RTTNews) - Wednesday, the Statistics Estonia announced that the producer prices remained flat year-on-year in April, after rising 1.1% in March.
During the month, price of energy supply rose 22.5% on an annual basis, while mining prices were up 8.8%. However, manufacturing prices fell 2.2%.
Month-on-month, producer prices fell 0.3% in April, reflecting a decline in prices of all three sub-categories. In March, producer prices were down 0.8%.
Meanwhile, the export prices slipped 3.9% annually in April, and fell 1.1% from the previous month. Import prices dropped 5.6% from the previous year, but rose 1.4% from the preceding month.
