(RTTNews) - Friday, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia announced that the average monthly gross earnings increased 5.3% year-over-year in March, faster than the 4.2% increase in the previous month.

On a monthly basis, average monthly gross earnings rose 3.1% in March, after falling 2.4% in February.

For the January to March period, average monthly gross earnings increased 5.5% compared to the same period of the previous year.

Meanwhile, average monthly net earnings grew 4.9% annually in March and it was up 2.6% compared to the preceding month.
