Kosovo March Consumer Prices Drop Further

(RTTNews) - Tuesday, the Statistical Office of Kosovo said in a report that the consumer price index or CPI dropped 2% year-over-year in March, after falling 1.2% in February. A year ago, the CPI was up 13.2%.

In March, food and non-alcoholic beverages prices declined 3.3% annually, while clothing and footwear prices dropped 2.4%. Transport charges were down 13.4%.

On a monthly basis, the CPI rose 0.2% in March, compared with a 0.2% fall in the previous month.
