Finnish Residential Building Rents Rise In 2008

(RTTNews) - Friday, a report by Statistics Finland said rents of residential buildings increased by an average 3.4% in 2008 from the previous year.

Rents of non-subsidized rental dwellings increased in the whole country by an average 3.4% in the year. Further, the rents of government-subsidized rental dwellings were also up 3.4%.
