Estonian GDP Plunges In Q4

(RTTNews) - Friday, a flash estimate by Statistics Estonia said the gross domestic product or GDP fell 9.4% year-on-year in the fourth quarter. This follows a 3.5% fall in the third quarter and a 1.1% decline in the second quarter. In the first quarter, the GDP rose 0.2%.

Compared to the third quarter, the GDP slipped a seasonally adjusted 4.2% in the fourth quarter.

Statistics Estonia said GDP in the fourth quarter at current prices declined for the first time since 1995.
