US - The Day Ahead

(RTTNews) - Thursday, following data is due for release for the rest of the day.

The Commerce Department is due to release its report on factory goods orders for December at 10 AM ET on Thursday. Orders for manufactured goods are likely to have decreased 3% in the month.

In November, new orders for manufactured goods declined 4.6% to $384.6 billion following a 6% decline in the previous month. Excluding transportation, new orders fell 4.2%. Shipments and unfilled orders were down 5.3% and 0.6%, respectively, while inventories edged down 0.3%.
