South Korean FDI Proposals Increase In 2008
(RTTNews) - Foreign direct investment proposals into South Korea grew 11.3% in 2008 compared with the previous year, the Ministry of Knowledge Economy said Wednesday. The FDI proposals totaled US$11.71 billion in the year.
The report said this was the first increase in the FDI since 2004, and was the result of the specific measures taken by the government to attract foreign investments into the country.
