European Economics Preview: Swiss Producer And Import Prices Data Due

(RTTNews) - Monday, no major statistical reports are slated from major European economies, except the Swiss producer and import prices.

At 3.00am ET, Czech construction and industrial output for May are due. In April, construction output had increased 2.1%. According to preliminary report for May, industrial production was down 21.7% on a yearly basis.

Thereafter, the Federal Statistical Office is scheduled to issue Swiss producer and import prices for June. On a monthly basis, producer and import prices are forecast to edge up 0.1% in June, following a 0.3% fall in May. Annual decline is seen at 5.4% compared to 5% decrease seen in May.

At 4.00am ET, the Bulgarian CPI and trade balance reports are due. Annual inflation in May was 3.9%.
