US Dollar Sells Off Against Major Currencies On WSJ Report

A report from the Wall Street Journal earlier suggesting that Citigroup (C) is in talks with the US Government that could lead to the US owning upto a 40% stake in the company. The USD sold off across the board on this news with the EUR/USD rallying over 120 pips.
