Forex Trading: USD/CAD Continues To Move Higher Today
By Greg Michalowski on January 15, 2009 | More Posts By Greg Michalowski | Forex News By FXDD

The USD/CAD has continued to move higher today (Thursday). The decline in the price of oil and commodities and weaker economic data (employment, auto sales) has the currency feeling the pressure. The pair today moved through the 61.8% retracement of the last move down. The break leaves the triple top at the 1.3000 to 1.3016 as the target in the medium term.
For today, I would like to see the price remain above the 61.8% level which comes in at the 1.2530 level.
