Forex Trading: USD/CAD Moves Above 100 Hour Moving Average

The USD/CAD has moved above the 100 hour moving average at the 1.2472 level. The pair has been testing this level over the last few days. However, each time the price has moved above the level, it has come back down. This time may be the breakout move to the upside.
