Easing in US interest rates?

Just got the latest words from Fed’s Poole. He reiterated
today in his scheduled speech that where monetary policy is heading
depends on how incoming economic data turn out. He also outlined a
number of different paths for monetary policy, and will not rule out an
easing in interest rates if conditions warrant. He is aware of the bond market’s view that a weakening economy will be driving interest rates lower at some point. Poole also seems to suggest that policy will hold steady as long as the Fed’s forecasts are met.
