There are many people who do not have tattoos and there are many such as yourself who thinks tattoos are a bad idea. However Money is not “wasted” on tattoos, when you pay for a tattoo the person might pick something that doesnt seem meaningful, but it is the art that caught their eye. You are paying for an art piece that is with you. Some like tattoos others do not I myself enjoy the art and technique.
