If you think we’re out of the woods on housing, think again. There’s still alot more inventory which has not yet shown up in the foreclosure numbers. This chart shows that delinquency is still rising and that there’s more foreclosures coming. The government thinks that they’re being innovative by controlling the flow of foreclosures that are hitting the market. A true recover will not begin until jobs are created and the jobless are back to work. This stock market rally - while real - should be rented…not owned. (Chart Source: Calculated Risk blog)
