Starting the day off with some humor, here is a graphic from the Onion, which attempts to explain the current US economic crisis:

The sad part is that despite the fact that Onion is pure satire many elements of the graphic are actually spot on. Perhaps the biggest tragedy of our current crisis is the fact that present day satirist can report elements of it without any alterations, which of course begs the question: what in the world where these people thinking?
