Capital One Business – Which Credit Card Is Best?
Are you a business owner looking for a Capital One Business credit card to help with your business financing and other needs? Having reviewed many credit cards, I find that Capital One business credit cards, issued by Capital One Financial (NYSE:COF), are among some of the most versatile cards in the U.S. Since there are quite a few Capital One business credit cards, it can be quite time-consuming for you to find the right one.
To help you save time, I’ll highlight the best Capital One Business cards below, but first, let me give you an overview of what all Capital One Business cards have in common:
Free itemized report on your business spending. At the end of each year, so as to help you better organize your finances, spot any tax deductions and plan for the following year’s spending, you will get a free itemized report of all your spending that current year.
Purchase Security and Extended Protection. Purchase Security automatically protects most purchases you make with your business credit card within 90 days of purchase in the event of damage, loss, theft, or fire, up to a maximum of $10,000 per claim and $50,000 per cardholder. Extended Protection doubles the time period of the original manufacturer’s written U.S. warranty up to 1 year on warranties of three years or less.
$0 fraud liability protection. If your card is ever lost or stolen, you will not be held responsible for any unauthorized charges from your card.
Online banking. You can view account activity, pay bills, view and download up to 13 months of statements, and many others with online banking. Access and manage your account whenever it’s convenient for you.
Dedicated small business customer service. No more recorded messages or being put on hold forever. If you need assistance, call them toll-free at 1-800-867-0904, and their representatives, who are specially trained to deal with business owners, will help you.
No balance transfer fee and low cash advance fee of 3%. If you shift a card balance from another card account to this one, there’s no balance transfer fee to pay, although you still have to pay monthly interest on the amount. When withdrawing cash from an ATM, you pay a low cash advance fee of just 3% of the amount you withdraw, or $10 minimum.
Free auto rental collision damage waiver. Pay for your car rental with your Capital One business credit card, and you’ll be covered with collision, damage, and loss insurance.
Have your company’s logo on your card. It’s free to upload your company’s logo or a photo of your business if you want to personalize your card.
