Thomas Smicklas, a native of Berwyn, IL, has been an avid investor in stocks, bonds and real estate for over thirty-five years. A classically-trained woodwind musician and retired High School Principal, Tom does what pleases him, which includes advising real estate investors, property management in three states and being an active real estate consultant specializing in foreclosed apartment rehabilitation, subsidized housing and property acquisition.
