William M. Rowan, II is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of eRollover.

An experienced investment counselor, insurance executive, and financial services advisor, Mr. Rowan began his career at UBS, with responsibility for implementing asset, retirement, and investment strategies. Following UBS, he headed the insurance marketing department for National Insurance Brokerage, an insurance marketing firm located in Marietta.

After NIB, Mr. Rowan founded eInsurance Advisors, an online insurance and investment marketing firm catering to over 10,000 advisors nationwide.

Mr. Rowan has served as the President of the Young Advisors Committee for the State of Georgia. He serves on the Board of the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), and is also an area-vice president, speaking before, and educating insurance and financial advisors across the state.
Mr. Rowan received a BBA from the University of Georgia with an emphasis in Risk Management and Finance. He is a native of Dallas, TX.
